Order Processing

All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM PST will begin processing that day and ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account unforeseen delays.

If you have any concern at all that your package will not make it on time, please email us at hi@shopthesil.com and we will respond within 24 hours.


Year-Round Shipping Rates & Methods

The SIL utilizes UPS and USPS for all domestic orders. We charge a flat fee of $12.95 for all domestic ground orders.

Tracking Your Order

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.


International Shipping

The SIL uses DHL for all international deliveries. Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of the package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client. Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, California, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

Returns

Online Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on items that are returned in their original unworn condition with all tags intact. To be eligible, all returns must be initiated within 14 days from delivery and received back to our offices within 30 days of the order date.

Items that are MADE TO ORDER are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as each piece is custom made for the customer.

Once your return has been authorized, you will return the item using a courier of your choosing to the designated shipping address. Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds and credits will be processed within 5-7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Refunds will be given via the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there was a mistake on the part of The SIL, or in the case that the item received is defective/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will be compensated.

International clients are responsible for any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments) if opting for a monetary refund or store credit. Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds and credits will be processed within 5-7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Refunds will be given via the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
